Here is a list of some the imaging projects we have carried out in reverse chronological order. What can we do for you? 2007TECAN AG: Impuls develops image analysis software for use in the TECAN microarray scanner. Giesecke & Devrient: Impuls develops an OCR solution in a joint project with MATRIX VISION to be used within the banknote processing sytems of Giesecke & Devrient . AMK: Impuls develops a vision based speed control system for AMK, which allows them to control the speed of the motors in a high-speed printing machine much more accurately than with the standard motor control alone. The system uses pattern recognition of micromarks on a paper with a speed of up to 15 m/s. 2006Biophos AG: Impuls develops camera acquisition and display software which is used in the Qualisperm application to assess sperm fertility in animals and humans. TILL Photonics: Impuls develops display and processing software to be used in the Life Acquisition module of the iMIC microscope. 2005PSI: Impuls develops a vision-based security system for Paul Scherrer Institute to supervise the proton beam of the MEGAPIE research reactor. 2004JENOPTIK: Impuls and JENOPTIK Surface Inspection jointly develop an inspection system for LCD glass plates. Rockwell Collins uses this system to inspect flight display parts in manufacturing. MATRIX VISION: Impuls develops a barcode decoder for the mvIMPACT software. 2003JENOPTIK: Impuls and JENOPTIK Surface Inspection jointly develop an inspection system for Alien Technology, which is used to inspect their patented fluidic self assembly manufacturing line for nanoblocks. MATRIX VISION: Impuls develops a DataMatrix decoder for the mvIMPACT software. 2002RWTH Aachen: Impuls develops software to quantitatively measure blood flow in the eye's vessels. Because of eye movements video must be registered in order to properly measure intensities and blood flow. 2001MATRIX VISION: Impuls and MATRIX VISION sign a contract to develop the mvIMPACT software. mvIMPACT is based on the Impuls Vision SDK software which has been in development since 1993. Ownership of the mvIMPACT software lies with MATRIX VISION and Impuls no longer sells the Vision SDK. 2000Schering AG: Impuls develops software to check the print quality of medical instruction leaflets. MG Microscope: Impuls develops software to integrate the Impuls Vision software with the confocal microscope of MGM. 1999Rodenstock: Rodenstock and Impuls sign a contract to create a special version of Impuls Vision named OphthaVision. This version is bundled with the Scanning Laser Ophthalmoscope. 1998TILL Photonics: TILL Photonics and Impuls work closely together to better integrate TILL Photonics hardware with the Impuls Vision software. The Impuls Vision software is rebranded as TILLvisION and sold under the label of TILL Photonics. Up to today over 500 licenses have been sold, still going strong. 1997Data Translation: Data Translation and their subsidiaries or representatives enter a sales agreement with Impuls to resell the Impuls Vision software worldwide. 1996Rodenstock: Rodenstock Instrumente uses the Impuls Vision software as the central software component for their Scanning Laser Ophthalmoscope SLO. TILL Photonics: TILL Photonics uses the Impuls Vision software as the central component for their Calcium Imaging solution. 1995Impuls: Foundation of the company and introduction of the Vision software as a general purpose image analysis application. |
