Impuls has carried out a project monitoring the roof structure of a gymnasium near the German Alps, where heavy loads of snow may affect the safety of the building. The project has been jointly carried out with the Technical University Munich and the University of Applied Sciences Karlsruhe. The topic came into the spotlight with the collapse of the roof of the ice rink in Bad Reichenhall in the winter of 2005/2006. |

Impuls now supports the new pco.camera product line from camera manufacturer PCO AG. The different models pco.1600, pco.2000 and pco.4000 can be used in all Impuls software products, like VisComet and Vision. In addition, the camera support is available for the mvIMPACT SDK.
pco.camera is a cooled digital 14bit CCD camera available with with high and highest resolutions: 1600x1200 pixels, 2048x2048 pixels up to 4008x2672 pixels. |
